All Items purchase on this site are subject
to the following return policy.
All items are inspected for quality and accuracy when they
leave our shipping dock. All shipments state FOB our Shipping
Dock so all in-transit damage claims must be made with the
trucking company. We will be happy to assist you in this process.
Where there is quality complaint with the product. The Buyer
is required to contact customer service within 7 days of receipt
for resolution. Customer service will review the complaint
and Issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) if so determined.
A RGA is required for all returns. Returns without
An RGA number on the shipment will be refused. Depending on
the situation the RGA may require additional charges such
as Restocking, Repacking or Freight charges.
Due to the nature of the products, certain products are not
returnable. Small shipments of these products can easily incur
5 % breakage/damage in shipment. Neither Parkway Plastics
nor UPS will be responsible for damage under this amount.
These products include polystyrene jars, black polypropylene
caps, or any custom colors, custom materials, or custom printing.
